After serving honorably with the US Navy, I began my fiduciary responsibilities as a Commodity Broker with Siegel Trading Company in NYC. After one year, I was promoted to Branch Manager and managed Siegel's Boston, MA office with 20 brokers as my responsibility.  

Three years later, I accepted a job with Paine Webber in one of their largest Stock and Bond offices, to start up a Commodity Office and work with their brokers.  My wife, Cate, our newborn daughter and I elected to move to Ithaca, a more comfortable area to raise our family. We have lived in Ithaca for 34 years. 

I took an agent's position with Prudential Insurance in Ithaca and within a year, I was promoted to manager.  The opportunity presented itself for me to join M&T Securities and become one of their Senior Financial Consultants for 12 years. I qualified as one of their Top Producers and was one of the highest Insurance Producers on record.  

I joined ING Financial, now Voya Financial, for 8 years. Following Voya, I elected to become independent, which would allow me to add greater assistance to my clients by working with one of the top independent broker/dealer, NEXT Financial Group Inc., an eight-time Broker-Dealer of the Year award-winning* firm. I am pleased to say I have retained a very high percentage of my clients. 

Over the course of 30 years, I have acquired designations, licenses and knowledge that allows me a comprehensive understanding of not only the market but my clients financial needs and goals. I have learned through various products and their components what will help assist me in recommending the best investments for my clients. 

Outside the office

When out of the office, I'm likely drumming in my local classic rock band, shooting pool on league nights or the weekly tournament I organize, reading a detective novel, dancing with my wife or traveling the world.
